Stow is a one-time purchase. If it doesn't work for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full — no questions asked.
Refunds are processed via Creem (creem.io), our Merchant of Record. Creem handles the payment, tax and invoicing side of the transaction; the refund is issued back to your original payment method. Your license unlock simply stays on your device — there is no server to deactivate.
Your library stays yours either way: everything you saved remains readable, searchable and exportable on your device, forever, even after a refund. If something didn't work as expected, telling us what happened helps us fix it — but a refund never depends on it.
